Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days across India, depending on the delivery pin code.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or unforeseen external conditions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our customer support immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and share an unboxing video/photo with us to process claims with our courier partner.
